Approach
We start from your process, data and delivery constraints — then apply structured Oracle Cloud practices that protect quality and timeline.
Clarify scope, risks, current state and the decisions that matter for HCM, Finance, SCM or integrations.
Solution approach, data strategy, interface ownership, test focus and success criteria.
Configure, load, integrate and prove outcomes through structured scenarios.
Cutover support, early production stabilisation and knowledge transfer.
Why AITHNOVA
Guidance grounded in configuration, data and integration work — not abstract frameworks alone.
Functional and technical perspectives across HCM, Financials, SCM and OIC in one conversation.
Engagements designed so your team understands the decisions, not only the final setup.
When upskilling is part of the solution, academy and consulting work as one system.
Case studies
Anonymised examples based on typical Oracle Fusion delivery challenges — problem, approach and outcome.
The client was mid-implementation on Fusion HCM. Legal employers and business units were configured, but global transfer rules, assignment sequencing and document-of-record handling were inconsistent across three countries. UAT kept failing on cross-border moves and secondary assignments.
Transfer scenarios passed a focused UAT cycle. The client had a written decision log for assignment design and a repeatable test set for future releases — not only a one-off fix.
India payroll configuration was largely complete, but the first parallel payroll produced balance mismatches on allowances, statutory deductions and arrears. Finance could not sign off and the cutover window was under pressure.
Material variances were reduced to an agreed tolerance for sign-off. The client retained a structured parallel-run checklist for subsequent cycles.
After go-live, AP invoices posted inconsistently to the ledger. Some suppliers sat on holds; others created unexpected journal lines. Period close was delayed and the business had low confidence in payables balances.
Exception volume dropped in the following close. Finance had a clear exception path instead of ad-hoc fixes in production.
HCM Data Loader batches for workers and assignments failed intermittently. An outbound extract to a benefits vendor produced incomplete files. The programme could not complete mock conversions on schedule.
Load success rates improved enough to complete a full mock conversion. The benefits extract ran with agreed control totals and a defined failure path.
OIC integrations for item master and inventory transactions failed silently or retried without clear ownership. Warehouse operations saw stock mismatches; IT spent nights re-running flows manually.
Failures became visible and actionable. Manual re-runs reduced, and support had a single place to diagnose interface health.
Recruiting Cloud was live, but high-volume requisitions stalled in candidate selection phases. Offers were delayed, and the handoff into HR for hire was inconsistent between recruiting and Core HR teams.
Time-in-phase reduced for priority requisitions. Recruiting and HR shared one hire handoff checklist, cutting duplicate data entry and missed fields.
Examples are illustrative and anonymised. Engagement scope is always defined with the client before work begins.
